Mid-America ISKF Team Gear
Order Mid-America ISKF embroidered team gear and apparel by following the steps listed on this page. Custom embroidery (i.e. names) is also available.
Team Gear orders are filled twice a year.
The Spring Order must be received by April 1st.
The Fall Order must be received by September 1st.
All orders will be available for pick-up at the next Regional Training. Mid-America ISKF does not ship team gear at this time.

Placing Orders For Team Gear
Payments for Mid-America ISKF gear can be made with either a check/money order OR Paypal donation. In both cases, the order form must be completed and sent to Mid-America ISKF along with payment. Please download the order form by clicking the “Order Form” button below and then the “Download” icon to the left of the “Print” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the window. Fill out the order form using a PDF reader program and not inside the Internet browser window.
If Paying by check or money order:
Complete the order form in a PDF reader program as described above. Be sure to select size and color for each item from the drop down menus in the item’s row, and add the quantity you wish to order. The form will automatically update your order total based on the items and quantities you have selected. If your order contains XXL or XXXL items, add $2.00 for each of these items in the box above “Total”. Mark the appropriate payment method in the upper right-hand corner of the form, and add the check or money order number below. Add any personalization and/or additional relevant information about your order in the appropriate box toward the bottom of the form (typically first initial and last name), and be sure to review the information listed. Please make checks payable to: Mid-America Karate, Inc. Once the form is completed, print it out and mail the form with your check or money order to:
